Step 1. Create the horizontal frame around the sink
edge.
The two long boards with the pivoted shorter ends make
together a large rectangle, when both pivots are
opened up to make opposing "L" shapes.
Hold one board up to the sink. On the corner of the
sink are mating door hinges. Use hinge pins to hold
the board to the sink. Watch that the short board
will want to sag and having a second person to hold
this horizontal will be best.
Attach the other long board to the opposite side of
the sink.
Now swing the short ends to meet the opposite board,
and also find now that there, two door hinge pieces
mate and another hinge pin is used.
Step 2. Install crossbar between vertical uprights.
Using two or four lag bolts, attach the crossbar with
the red hooks to the top of the vertical uprights.
Better to do this before step 3.
Step 3. Install vertical uprights.
Lift up the crossbar assembly and stand it up so that
the vertial boards are on either side of the sink,
inside the horizontal white rectangle, and along
either back leg of the sink. Notice there are bolt
holes through the legs of the sink.
Attach 2 bolts through each upright. You may need to
use a screwdriver through the holes first to find them
and to hold the boards at the right places so the
bolts will go through. Secure the bolts on the other
side with nuts.
Step 4. Install the plywood board and metal screen.
These go on either side of the sink, but look at the
screw holes to decide which goes on which side. They
will match up exactly. Use the remaining screws to
install these pieces.
Step 5. Do not lose any extra pieces or the baggie.
I suggest taping the baggie to the underside of the
sink so that it won't get lost.
